Refund policy
Returns
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any items unless they are damaged or faulty. Please carefully check your order before payment as we cannot offer you a refund or exchange once your order has been placed.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately (within 10 days) after receipt if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If we believe the item has been tampered with, we have the right to refuse a refund and the item will be sent back to the recipient.
Wrong Address
If you provide an address considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the manufacturer and disposed of safely. Should you want to submit a new order with an updated address, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.
Unclaimed
If you are not able to receive your order at your address, the shipments may be available for pick up at your local post office or carrier pick up point. Shipments that go unclaimed may be returned to sender. For these cases, please get in touch with us so that we can report the problem with the sender.
Rejected by the Recipient
If you or somebody at your address rejects the shipment during the delivery, the shipment will be returned to the manufacturer and disposed of safely. Should you want to submit a new order with an updated address, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not exchange any items.
